1. We do not accept credit cards but we do accept cash or checks with ID

 

2. All of our services are drop off only and most jobs are either 2 or more hours if not a day. So, therefore, it is recommended to

have someone to pick you up

3. Make sure all things you may need (wallets, phones, ID, tags, glasses etc) are taken out before delivery.

4. We do not ever do anything on cleaning glove compartment or center consoles.

​

5. Payment is required before we can return the keys...

​

6. ID will be needed when picking up the car just for security reasons.

​

7. If sending someone different to pick up a car please tell us and give us a name, make sure they have ID.
